I used the colors and the sketch, plus theme of friendship.
Jo loved the card and I was delighted it only took a week to get to her!! Update to the tale of the February Card Chain card Jo sent me: the poor card was returned to her by the USPS for unknown reasons. It arrived back a bit battered, according to Jo, so she made a new card but salvaged the original polar bears to put on the inside. I used Jo's photo of her Feb card in my March 2nd reveal post but here's a photo of the remake (rec'd March 19th). Thanks so much, Jo - I love it and I'm sorry you had a tangle with the USPS!!
I'm expecting a lovely card from Helen (Helen G Designs) - can't wait til it arrives!! If you want to join in the fun, go here to sign up for the April chain by 4/6 - we enjoy it so much! You only make & send one card and then receive a handmade card.
Thanks for visiting & have a crafty day!!

Oh wonderful. You have processed the color challenge and sketch and you did it great. Your card is really happy.
So happy to be your recipient - I love your card and it has pride of place on my desk. Glad card #2 reached you. I just couldn't have re-sent your first card as the corners were all buckled and there was a huge crease across the middle. It made me wonder what condition some of my CCC cards are when they arrive. Hugs, Jo x
lovely card, Linda - and have a Happy Easter!
Lovely spring card and perfect for the colors and sketch.
really lovely card, linda!
This is such a lovely cheerful card, it makes me feel warm and spring like even though our weather is nothing like spring at the moment, it is so cold. thanks for that. I had a similar problem with my February card, it arrived back at my house even though it was correctly addressed. Now it is on it's way back across the Atlantic1 xx
What lovely colors sponged behind your pretty flower Linda - and I love the mix of patterns on your papers! xx
Such a wonderful card Linda, I love the beautiful flower!
Hugs, Annerieke
