Another card for Merry Monday!


I'm back with another card for Sue's challenge on Merry Monday to include Santa on your card!  I'm still looking for my old fashioned Santa stamp but in my search I found a darling Hero Arts clear stamp set from 2007 CL114 Joyful Greetings (no longer available for sale at Hero Arts).  Just love this Santa image!  And Hero Arts has such great quality clear stamps, here it is 8 years later and it stamps as well as it did on the day I bought it!!  Here's my card:

Santa

I used a Hero Arts folded card (lightest shade from the Pool Mixed Folded Cards set), Basic Grey Aspen paper, Lawn Fawn sequins, Copic Markers and Distress Inks.  For the stamped background I used the Tiny Ink Spots large design block stamp from Hero Arts - I use this one a lot, love it!!

    Linda, another darling Santa card! Wow, that classic Nero Arts image really takes the stage, I love how you colored and glittered the image! Perfect!

    Love your Santa image with the swirly beard...cute, cute! And I really like your simple green dotted background with the large horizontal stripe...very striking! :0)

    Adorable card, Linda! Love the fun Santa image and they way you have coloured it and added dimension on the hat! The tiny spots make me think of snow - hope you're not getting lots of it now!
